Test your RealPlayer

The RealPlayer controls should appear directly below, and you should hear sound within 30-60 seconds.
 
 
It works:
If you can hear the test message, your RealPlayer is properly installed and configured.

If you can see the player controls, but hear no audio:
  1. Check the volume slider on the player.
  2. Check the volume level in Control Panel -> Sounds and Multimedia.
  3. Check your sound card and speaker connections.
  4. For other issues, including a RealPlayer that appears "greyed out", consult the IBM Webcasts RealPlayer troubleshooting page.
 
If no player appears/other errors:

Please download the RealPlayer, ensure you are using a supported browser and ensure you meet the minimum system requirements.

Alternatively, you may want to test your Windows Media Player.
