Help

If you experience difficulties and don't know where to start, there are five main areas to go for help:
 
System requirements
The system requirements page outlines the minimum and recommended computer hardware and software needed to view an IBM webcast. This includes computer system requirements, web browser requirements, and streaming media player requirements.
 
Downloads
If, after checking that your computer has the necessary hardware requirements, you find you're missing any of the software requirements, the downloads page will direct you to the latest software updates supported by IBM Webcasts.
 
Troubleshooting
If, after meeting all minimum system requirements, you are experiencing difficulty viewing an IBM webcast, consult the troubleshooting page for technical advice, known issues, and a list of frequently asked questions.
 
Audio/video formats
If you need help selecting an audio/video format that will give you optimal streaming media performance, consult the audio/video formats page for recommendations.
 
Accessibility
The accessibility page outlines special features, links and downloads available for those with physical disabilities, such as restricted mobility or limited vision.
