Software Subscription, what is it? What are the implications if I don't order software subscription
when I purchase my system or prior to the renewal date?
|
Software subscription offers customers software enhancements, within the contract period, at no additional charge,
for eligble products that they have acquired for their system. If the customer chooses not to order IBM
Software Subscription when they purchase their system, or the renewal is not received by IBM prior to the renewal
date a "Subscription After License" must be purchased to reinstate subscription coverage.

What time will my delivery arrive tomorrow?

IBM cannot guarantee a delivery time however if you wish to specify an am or pm delivery please contact
your administrator and they will try to meet the request.
