IBM is dedicated to delivering the industry’s most consumable SOA portfolio and so we are unveiling the first-ever SOA Customer Feedback track at Impact 2008. If you have an opinion, idea, or requirement for the SOA Portfolio and want to be heard, we encourage you to participate in one of the SOA Customer Feedback sessions. This interactive track will focus entirely on understanding and addressing the usability and consumability requirements that users of IBM SOA solutions need to do their jobs more efficiently. This track offers a variety of sessions, each involving direct dialog with IBM designers and product managers.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Discuss features, functions, and designs of new and existing products.
- Test drive new products, tools, and web sites.
- Share feature ideas for a better integrated SOA experience.
- Gain insights on upcoming products and strategies before releases.
- Talk directly with IBM product managers and designers about your unique requirements.
By sharing your experiences and ideas, our teams will be best equipped to deliver highly consumable products that exceed your usability and business requirements enabling you to achieve faster time to value.
A few key themes make this track unique:
- Feedback vs. education: Two-way dialogue is at the heart of the feedback track. IBM product managers and user experience professionals will engage in active discussion with you to ensure we understand your requirements and capture your ideas to take forward for action. We want to spend our time listening to you.
- Small sessions vs. large sessions: We’ve limited the session size to a maximum of 5 customers. With smaller sessions, you will have the undivided attention of our professionals that can drive change on your behalf.
Each session will take place 3 times, capped at 5 customers per session on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional session times may be added.
