If rooms are not available at the properties above, the MGM reservation agent may be able to find you a room in close proximity at the (New York - New York, Luxor, Monte Carlo, Excalibur) which are managed by the MGM/Mirage Resorts Group. If they are not able to accommodate you - we recommend that you contact your travel agent or check one of the many travel search engines on the web for hotels in close proximity to the MGM Grand.

Changes, cancellations and new reservations may be handled directly with the individual hotels beginning April 4, 2008. Cancellations within 24 hours of OR failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in charge of 1 night's room & tax fee to the credit card provided as guarantee and cancellation of remaining reservation. Hotels may also charge a penalty for early check out, and occupancy and/or resort tax on your folio at check out.

Conference Registration Fees
$2095 USD per person until April 4, 2008
Online registration ends April 4, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. EST
On site registration begins April 6, 2008 at noon.
On site registration fee is $2250 USD per person
*Special team discount: Bring your team. Register 10 people from your company and the 11th conference registration fee is complimentary. As a group administrator you can register your whole team and the conference registration fee for your 11th registration will be waived. You'll be prompted to include all registration confirmations for your team. E-mail us to get the details about how to register your team.
All prices are in US dollars.
There are no single day passes.
Conference Registration Fee only covers conference admittance and does not include hotel accommodation, travel, transportation or any other charges.
For cancellations before February 8, 2008, your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded less $200/person cancellation fee.
For cancellations before March 21, 2008, 50% of your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded.
No refund of conference registration fee available for cancellations after March 21, 2008.
Hotel
IBM has secured two exciting venues for Impact 2008: MGM Grand Hotel and Casino (as the main conference hotel) and the Signature Hotel (limited availability). You can arrange your accommodations on line as part of the registration process. Please be advised that conference hotel accommodation is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All conference sessions will be held at the MGM Grand Convention Center.
