Full Cancellation Policy


For cancellations submitted by Friday, February 8, 2008, your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded less $200 per person cancellation fee.
For cancellations before March 21, 2008, 50% of your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded.
No refund of conference registration fee available for cancellations after March 21, 2008.

No refunds will be made for No Shows. No Shows may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if hotel accommodations are not cancelled in advance. Cancellations must be received in writing only via:
