No. There are no 1-day passes available for Impact 2008.

How do I transfer my registration?
Contact us to request a transfer form. Registrations can only be transferred to another individual in your company.

I need to change the contact information (address/phone/fax) submitted with my Impact 2008 registration.

I need to cancel my registration - what do I do and what is my liability?
Contact us to provide your registration confirmation number and reason for canceling. You will be contacted with refund information. The following cancellation fees apply:

Full refund before 5:00 p.m. EST, February 8, 2008 less $200 cancellation fee
50% refund before 5:00 p.m. EST,March 21, 2008
No refund after March 21, 2008

I can't find my confirmation e-mail, how do I get another copy?
Contact us to provide your registration confirmation number and the e-mail address you would like the confirmation e-mail sent.

I did not get a confirmation of my registration. What do I do?
You should have received an e-mail confirmation upon completion of your registration. If you did not click the "Finish" button at the bottom of the last summary page, your registration was not completed. You will need to complete your registration form again because the system does not save incomplete forms.

What if I register myself twice by accident? Will I be responsible for the cancellation fee?
The online registration system is designed to flag duplicate enrollments based on the e-mail address entered. If a duplicate is received, you will be notified via email. As long as you reply to duplicate enrollment notification email, you will not be responsible for cancellation fee.

Can I make changes to my registration information online?
No, if you need to make a change, please contact us. You may change address and demographic information. A change in name is considered a transfer and requests for transfer need to be made in writing to Impact 2008 Registration / Housing.

How do I obtain a Visa letter?
All Visa letter requests must be submitted in writing:

What if I need to register many people from my company all at once? How do I do that?
You may register many people from the same company on the online registration page. Please be sure to use a different email address for each attendee to avoid duplicate registrations.

I have a late flight arrival and a late departure flight. What time do I need to check in and out of the hotel?
Most hotels have a check-in time of 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and a check-out time of 11:00 a.m.
Contact us to request late check-in or check-out. Please note: late check-outs are not guaranteed.

What will I need to check into my hotel room?
Most hotels will require a picture ID (driver's license or passport) and a credit card to cover your incidental charges. Also, to expedite your check-in process, please bring a copy of your hotel confirmation with you to Las Vegas.

My hotel reservation is wrong. How can I correct it?
Contact us provide as much detail as possible regarding your reservation and what you would like corrected.

I have cancelled my registration for Impact 2008 but I have received a hotel confirmation. Should I call the hotel to cancel?
Prior to March 25, 2008 do not call the hotel directly, please contact us and indicate that you would like us to cancel it on your behalf. After March 25, 2008 please contact the hotel directly to cancel.

Can I book more than one room at the conference rate?
No. You must arrange for additional rooms through the hotel at the regular rate.

I can't find my confirmation of my hotel accommodation, how do I get another copy sent?
Contact us to provide the e-mail address you would like the hotel confirmation sent to.

What are the deadlines to arrange hotel accommodations?
We encourage you to make your hotel reservations during the registration process or directly with Impact 2008 Registration / Housing before March 5, 2008. Room inventory may be limited after this date,however, we will continue to accept new hotel reservations, changes to existing reservations and cancellations, based on availability, through March 19, 2008. Beginning March 25, 2008, you must contact the hotels directly. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in a penalty charge of 1 night's room & tax.

Are there any special Car Rental Discounts?
No, we're sorry there are no special car rental discounts.
