IBM WebSphere® Application Server Partner Adapters

Attunity
Attunity Connect for WebSphere provides standards-based integration middleware for accessing mainframe, enterprise data sources and legacy applications. Attunity's prebuilt adapter library includes adapters to all the common enterprise data sources, transaction systems and 3GL based legacy applications. Attunity Connect offers a real-time, direct integration solution, providing SQL and XML-based access through WebSphere supported standard interfaces. For data integration, Attunity offers clients with SQL based drivers including JDBC and XML. For application integration, Attunity offers clients with XML based APIs including JCA and SOAP.

Attunity Connect adapters reside natively on each target platform and provide enterprise-class integration capabilities such as real-time read/write access, distributed transaction management, heterogeneous joins between relational and non-relational data sources, and optimized query execution.

Insevo
The Insevo Business Process Connectors build on the J2EE CA standard to provide a complete end-to-end integration solution running entirely within the application server environment. Insevo provides pure Java, J2EE CA compliant integration framework with out-of-the box, bi-directional connectivity between WebSphere Application Server and all of the major ERP and CRM applications including: SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Oracle, JDEdwards, relational database systems, and other IBM technologies including WebSphere MQ, IMS and CICS on OS/390.

Insevo's Business Process Connectors provide a unique web-browser based user interface that allows integration to be achieved quickly and efficiently significantly reducing development costs. The Insevo solution provides a consistent user interface to integrate the enterprise regardless of how different those systems might be. Insevo connectors take advantage of years of experience in the JCA arena (Insevo was the first company to provide JCA connectors) to give their customers a solution that makes integrating with EIS systems an extremely easy task.

iWay
iWay's Universal Adapter Framework provides rapid, service-oriented integration to virtually any enterprise information asset. It seamlessly connects more than 250 different enterprise information assets including relational and non-relational data, packaged applications, custom legacy applications, stored procedures, transactions, messages, XML documents, EDI transactions and more. No matter how diverse or dissimilar the components of an IT infrastructure may be, iWay Adapters make them all uniformly accessible for e-business applications and integration projects.

iWay Adapters let users of WebSphere products-including WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Business Integration, and WebSphere MQ-connect with enterprise assets in changing environments with minimal or no modifications. They seamlessly integrate WebSphere with your CRM, ERP and SCM applications, as well as your legacy databases and transactional systems, via support for open standards including JCA, SOAP, WSDL, JMS, JDBC™, ODBC and OLE DB. iWay adapters facilitate a service oriented development of applications, shielding developers from the complexities of low-level connectivity to back-office systems and reducing maintenance overhead due to changing interfaces.

Librados
Librados provides high quality, cost-effective and easy to implement J2EE standards based application integration software to meet the real-time integration needs of today's Web-enabled enterprise. The Librados suite of application integration products allows backend enterprise application functionality to be integrated and exposed into an IBM WebSphere environment as XML, Web services, JSTL, JAXB or an ISV's own proprietary format.

Librados is driving the prohibitive cost out of EAI by offering a unique source code license purchase option that allows independent software vendors to embed source code in their products and resell them with only a minimal up-front license cost, no royalty fees and comprehensive maintenance and support. Librados software is also available to end-customers and systems integrators on a per server license basis.

NEON Systems
Shadow technology provides a comprehensive mainframe adapter suite based on a common architecture to greatly reduce the complexity of integrating mainframe resources with application platform suites. Shadow architecture utilizes a mainframe software component that enables secure interoperability between JDBC or J2CA environments and mainframes at the highest level of performance and scalability - eliminating the need for intermediate gateway servers.

Shadow enterprise-class adapters can be quickly deployed with the WebSphere family including; WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Business Integration, WebSphere MQ Integrator, and WebSphere Portal Server, to provide customers with access to a broad range of mainframe data, applications and programs. Supported mainframe data sources are: Adabas, DB2, IMS databases, as well as VSAM files, Sequential files and Partitioned Data Sets. Supported application sources are: CICS and IMS/TM. Supported programs are: Natural and MDI RSPs. Additionally, Shadow includes capabilities for organizations to access other less widely used data and application sources, such as IDMS, Oracle on OS/390, CA-Datacom and CA-Sapphire, Total and M204 through customer developed Remote Procedure Calls (RPCs). Shadow complements the WebSphere platform with advanced management and diagnostics, including Shadow Console, which provides a consolidated, end-to-end view of the middleware component.

Resource Adapters, inc. (RAi)
RAi provides rapid-deployment, cost-effective, and standards-based (JCA/J2EE CA, XML, Web Services) Seamless Enterprise Integration solutions that transform any organization into a Real-Time enterprise. RAi's solutions bring together heterogeneous systems across and beyond the enterprise and help enterprises drive greater value from their existing information assets (legacy, ERP, CRM, etc.). RAi's integration solutions are completely platform agnostic, they are deployable on any J2EE application server including WebSphere.

The RAi Connectors are a diverse portfolio of platform agnostic J2EE CA (J2EE Connector Architecture) based and extended adapters, that offer a standard way for leveraging Enterprise Information System (EIS) investment while minimizing complexity, extending capabilities with minimal cost and increased flexibility. They provide scalability, reusability, and seamless integration to different EIS (including Siebel, PeopleSoft, SAP, MQ Series) and are deployable on any J2EE 1.3 compliant platform as "plug-and-play" components. RAi Connectors offer both inbound and outbound communication, XML based interaction, and metadata support. In addition, the Connector Development Kit (CDK) allows RAi to offer its partners and customers flexible integration solutions and RAi Connectors to any EIS or legacy system. The RAi Research and Development Team is the first team in the industry to successfully implement J2EE Connector Architecture based adapters for several EIS that run on any J2EE compliant application server.

The RAiID Suite is an intelligent enterprise connectivity platform that minimizes the cost, time, complexity and expertise required for integrating complex enterprise infrastructure. It delivers the right information to the right systems in the right format at the right time, with minimal human intervention and coding. The RAiID Suit is composed of several modules including service mapping, transformation, object generation (EJB/JSP/WSDL), intelligent rules, routing, automated associativity engine and meta-object layer with advanced intelligent capabilities. It provides a uniform single Gateway (interface) to access and integrate heterogeneous EIS through a user-friendly GUI and wizards that guide the user step-by-step through the integration process, that maps business objects (services) in any EIS to the J2EE platform. The RAiID Suite strategic benefit is to insulate and decouple the application and business process levels in the enterprise from the underlying data sources and protocols thus reducing complexity, development time and cost.
