The project described in this section began with a challenge: Take a successful product that has millions of devoted users around the planet and make it even better. And the team assigned to the Lotus Notes 8 redesign did just that.
IBM Interactive Services
IBM Interactive Services offers business services (applications, business consulting), outsourcing services (managed business process services, applications on demand, and infrastructire outsourcing and hosting), and business technology solutions and services.
The project showcased in this section, known informally as the museum on the Web, illustrates the outstanding outcome that resulted from a remarkably close collaboration between a client's team and an IBM User Experience team.
Research
IBM Research was launched in 1945 as a small lab on a major university campus. Today, it is the largest industrial research organization in the world.
