- V5.3 provides additional support for IPv6, enhancements for managing SNA over IP, expanded IP connection management capabilities, and more granular packet trace control.
- V5.3 also expands NetView’s sysplex management capabilities, gathering additional Dynamic Virtual IP Addressing (DVIPA) information and associating it with the topology of the IP stacks within the sysplex.
