Overview

IBM® Tivoli® Monitoring for Business Integration manages IBM WebSphere® MQ products and WebSphere Interchange Server

It provides complete management for IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM WebSphere MQ Integrator, IBM WebSphere MQ Workflow, and IBM WebSphere Interchange Server, all from a central console.

  • Configures, monitors, and manages business integration software securely and proactively across host and distributed platforms
  • Offers a powerful set of tools that leverage common Tivoli technology using IBM best practices to provide rapid time to value and greater ease of use
  • Monitors the status of key WebSphere Business Integration components, such as queue managers, queues, channels, and message flows
  • Identifies problems in real time and notifies administrators by providing local correlation, root cause analysis and corrective action capabilities
  • Begins immediate monitoring of automatically discovered MQ components, and offers Web-enabled real-time availability and performance reporting
  • Integrates with the Tivoli Data Warehouse to provide enterprise-wide access to data for historical and trending analysis, reporting and graphing
  • Provides an end-to-end solution through seamless integration with other Tivoli solutions, such as IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console and IBM Tivoli Business Systems Manager
  • Operating systems supported: AIX, HP Unix, i family, Sun Solaris, Windows, z/OS
