Version 7.1.1 includes the following enhancements: A dedicated section on IT Governance; detailed mapping from the ITIL version 3 processes and practices to the ITUP processes; mapping of ITIL V3 processes to applicable IBM tools; and addition of the IBM Process Reference Model for IT (PRM-IT).
