In this course students will learn to monitor the performance and availability of transactions to ensure a positive customer experience and provide proactive management of potential problems. Students will learn how to configure and view IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager (ITCAM) for Response Time Tracking reports and evaluate problem events to determine the root cause of transaction problems.
