IBM Tivoli Business Services Manager (TBSM) helps visualize the health of critical business services and associated Service Level Agreements (SLAs). TBSM 4.1 enables IT to target resources and actions toward the most critical and costly IT resources and issues, ultimately delivering the greatest impact to the business. In this course, you will learn how to develop and build service models and configure service views. Through hands-on exercises, you will use, configure, and administer TBSM 4.1.
