This is a “consultant to consultant” workshop, intended for consultants that will be implementing IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator and IBM Tivoli Access Manager for a client. This workshop is designed to take individuals through a step-by-step process of creating a comprehensive architecture document.
The workshop assumes that the student has a very solid understanding of the products and the discovery phase of a project.
To facilitate this workshop, the assumption is that the discovery phase has already taken place, and the information obtained from the discovery will be utilized in creating the architecture document throughout the class.
Each student will be responsible for their own architecture document, which will be critiqued throughout the class. This class will be effective if all participants have a prior working knowledge of the Tivoli security suite, including ITIM, IDI, TAM, and Privacy Manager.
