This is a “consultant to consultant” workshop, intended for consultants that will be working on multiple implementations of IBM Tivoli Identity Manager. You MUST have a working knowledge of ITIM and ITDI before attending this workshop. This is a very intense, fast paced workshop where you will be required to create the javascript to complete an adapter. This is one of several courses designed exclusively for consultants and support engineers.
This workshop will introduce you to the concepts required to build an adapter using RMI. This workshop will help the student define the requirements for an adapter, define the specific RMI elements required and use the ITIM Adapter Development Tool to create an adapter. Students will have to write javascript to complete the assignments.
Objectives
This course enables you to build the necessary knowledge and skills to:
Create an adapter definition.
Use the adapter factory tool to create an adapter.
