IBM Tivoli Business Services Manager (TBSM) helps visualize the health of critical business services and associated SLAs. TBSM enables IT to target resources and actions toward the most critical and costly IT resources and issues, ultimately delivering the greatest impact to the business. In this course, you learn how to install and integrate TBSM 4.1 with a variety of service event sources. Additionally, you learn how to build custom dashboards to visualize business service health.
