This course provides a basic introduction to relational database management systems. Basic relational database concepts, SQL usage and syntax, and how to create database objects will be covered. Students will be able to perform basic database administration, import and export data, and back up and restore data. Hands-on exercises build on each other and on the knowledge gathered as the student goes through the course.
