If you require a physical media pack instead of downloading a Rational product from Passport Advantage or the IBM Software Group OEM Portal:
- (1) media pack is provided for each IBM software product purchased at no charge.
- Additional media packs are available through Passport Advantage for a nominal fee.
- Media packs are not available to non-Passport Advantage customers. IBM software products are only available via download from the IBM Software Group OEM Portal for non-Passport Advantage customer accounts.
