Group Discounts:
For companies with five (5) paid attendees or more, each attendee will be eligible for a $100 discount off the

Conference payment policy:
In order to receive prices listed, payment must be received by deadline date. If payment is not received by
deadline, attendees will be re-invoiced at the next deadline price.

Conference confirmation policy:
Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. If you do not receive confirmation
within 7 business days, after your completed form and payment are submitted, please call (888) 889-0074
or (781) 251-7860. To qualify for early registration fee of $1,695.00, your payment must be received
before February 29, 2008.
Conference cancellation policy:
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by May 12, 2008. Conference
cancellation requests will be subject to a $100 service charge. Cancellation requests received after May 12,
2008, or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee.
Conference substitution policy:
Substitutions for the conference will be allowed at any time. Contact customer service at (888) 889-0074 or
(781) 251-7860 to request a transfer/substitution form. Complete the form and fax it to (781) 251-7850.
