Conference hotels often sell out early! To ensure you get the room type and location you desire, we recommend you make your reservation as early as possible. A limited number of guest rooms at the group rate of $205.00 (plus applicable taxes) have been reserved at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel, the headquarter hotel for the IBM Rational Software Development Conference 2008. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort at the rate of $99.00, plus tax. A valid government i.d. is required upon check in, in order to qualify for this rate. Reservations can be made by calling (800) 228-9290. You will need to identify yourself as attending the "Rational Software Conference". The deadline to receive the government rate at this hotel is May 9.
This hotel is located approximately 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel. Please note that transportation to and from the Swan/Dolphin will not be provided.
A small block of rooms has been reserved at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort from June 1 through June 4, at the special conference rate of $159.00, plus tax. Reservations can be made by calling 407-934-3372 and identifying yourself as an attendee at the IBM Rational Software Development Conference. The deadline to receive the group rate at this hotel is May 14.
You will be required to guarantee your room with a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Please note that transportation will not be provided to and from the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.
