This voice processing platform for Microsoft Windows® NT and 2000 supports simple to complex applications and scales to thousands of lines in a networked configuration.

  • Offers interactive voice response (IVR) to users who prefer a Windows-based operating environment to run self-service applications
  • Provides the flexibility to develop applications with the native development environment or to use standards-based development tools for Java™ or VoiceXML
