IBM is offering two important beta programs that will give your staff experience in using new innovative Web 2.0 capabilities within client portals. IBM WebSphere Portal V6.1 and IBM Lotus ActiveInsight V6.1 can dramatically improve customer, partner, supplier and employee-based user adoption rates of portals.
