Software Subscription and Support is included with each new IBM distributed software license [and Fixed Term License] obtained through Passport Advantage and Passport Advantage Express.

Software Subscription and Support provides you with:

  • Technical Support for your IT organization - available 24x7.
  • Product upgrades via download or CD delivery based on your location and eNotification preferences.
    • eNotifications to alert you when new product releases and versions of your licensed products become available.

Note: To take advantage of eNotifications:

  1. Select 'Passport Advantage Reseller' or 'Passport Advantage Customer' from the left navigation.
  2. Sign in to your Passport Advantage Online account using your IBM ID and password.
  3. Select 'Account Management'
  4. Then select 'eNotification' to set your eNotification preferences.
