Software Support Product Lifecycle site adds RSS feed

The Software Support team has added a customizable RSS feed to the Product Lifecycle (PLC) page. The PLC RSS feed; allows customers to receive timely notifications about new product releases, end of marketing, and end of support events, and to plan their future upgrade activities. In this first release, customers can customize the RSS feed to contain specific lifecycle events, and they can choose how many days worth of announcements they want to receive (up to 14 days). The PLC RSS application is updated on a nightly basis.

The RSS feed was created using feedback from enterprise customers to help them comply with regulatory requirements regarding software that is approaching end of support. Several marketing teams representing the banking industry validated that the redesigned site was very important to their customers. This new capability will help all our customers stay informed about new product releases and important lifecycle events for their existing software.
