Before viewing the instructional videos, check your Java browser settings under "Tools>Internet Options>Advanced" to make sure the Java(Sun) option is deselected.

If Java(Sun) is deselected, you should be able to run the following instructional videos without any difficulty.

- Uncheck it.
- Click OK.
- Close all browser sessions and then re-launch the simulation.
