To be released in second half 2008, the newest addition to the IBM® Lotus® Forms family of products will include an entry-level forms solution that will make it easy for Line of Business users to quickly create, publish and route electronic forms, as well as perform basic analysis of data submitted via the web. Created specifically to meet the needs of Line of Business/Departmental users, SMB and Mid-Markets, the new out-of-the-box solution will be available as part of the upcoming Lotus Forms release, and also as a stand-alone product for those who don't require the advanced functionality offered by Lotus Forms and Lotus Forms Express.
The new web-based solution is quick to deploy, requires no training and is designed to help customers address basic form requirements such as surveys, applications, feedback, orders, request for submission, and more. Additional details on this exciting new offering will be available in Q3, 2008.
*Note: Total Forms is a code name for the new Lotus Forms functionality and product.
