WebRadar™ Portlet launched for Lotusphere 2008 at booth #721
Enhances WCM with meta data charts and reports
Silver Spring, MD, January 21, 2008 - Web Presence Architects (WPA) is announcing the launch of WebRadar™, a WebSphere Portal server portlet that enhances IBM Web Content Management (WCM) by adding the capability to view Web page metadata in unique ways so that Web teams can be more effective.
WebRadar's powerful set of tools includes graphical and report views of metadata, project management, work request and pipeline tracking. Web teams can find out: What pages are expiring this week; how long have pages been waiting for approval; what pages are assigned to various team members; whether categories are used properly, and many other important issues concerning Web content management.
"WebRadar was built based on wish lists of myself and other Web managers", said Stephan Beauchesne, WPA founder. Mr. Beauchesne was Web project manager at the IFC (private sector arm of the World Bank) for 8 years before starting WPA. "We implemented Aptrix (IBM WCM) in 2002, and although it was a great Web publishing application, we still needed tools to help us ensure our Web content was up-to-date, fresh and accurate".
WPA is offering a 30% discount to Lotusphere attendees. You can visit WPA at booth #721 and enter ourdrawing for a GPS. A free 15-day trial is also available for download at http://www.WebRadarWCM.com.
