ReCor Releases LearningDocs for Lotus Notes 8

Evanston, Ill. (January 21, 2008) -- ReCor Corporation, a leading provider of IBM Lotus Notes training, today announces the release of the LearningDocs for Lotus Notes 8 series of interactive training solutions.

Unlike past releases of Lotus Notes, Lotus Notes 8 introduces a significantly new and improved interface, in addition to a number of new features including an RSS reader, sidebar, composite applications, and new mail and calendaring features. With all of these new capabilities in Lotus Notes 8, end-user training is more important than ever. Organizations that want to experience a seamless upgrade and get the most out of their Lotus Notes investment will find that end-user training is now an essential step in the upgrade process.

As a Domino-based solution, LearningDocs for Lotus Notes 8 addresses the training needs of companies by delivering a multi-mode learning platform that includes ReCor's True-to-Life interactive simulation, customizable content, quick reference cards, just-in-time training, skills assessments, and printable content. The multi-mode approach is necessary in order to address the training needs of different user populations and the learning styles of different individuals.

LearningDocs for Lotus Notes 8 is based on LearningDocs version 8.01, the newest version of LearningDocs. This version features an entirely new and updated user interface in addition to new customization features that allow administrators to fine tune the training to address the needs of different user groups within a company. As with past versions of LearningDocs, the training can be delivered to users via the Lotus Notes client or a Web browser. All user activities are tracked, and administrators can take advantage of several different reporting options to view and manage user performance.

Starting in January 2008, lessons from the new Lotus Notes 8 training will be available as part of ReCor's "Lesson of the Week" on the ReCor web site (http://www.recor.com), at no charge to individual users. "We are excited about this release of Lotus Notes 8 and how we can help companies accelerate their migration by using our LearningDocs for Lotus Notes training solutions," stated Robert Burton, President of ReCor Corporation.
