IBM Lotus Notes 8 and Lotus Sametime 8 plug-in presented at Lotusphere 2008

Zurich, January 20, 2008 - iscoord ag, developer of award winning and integrated softphone technology, certified its is-phone for major IP PBX providers 3Com, Avaya, Nortel and Siemens (further certifications in progress and planned) and is announcing the general availability of is-phone for IBM Lotus Notes 8 as well as is-phone for IBM Lotus Sametime 8, which will be showcased at Lotusphere 2008 booth #711.

is-phone for IBM Lotus Notes 8 and for IBM Lotus Sametime 8 are Eclipse-based plug-ins, seamlessly integrated into the IBM collaboration platform, certified by leading IP PBXs and ready to use with SIP carriers. No additional hardware needs to be installed as the is-phone softphone technology is software based, fully integrated and SIP compliant. is-phone offers full telephony functionality incl. conference calls, call recording, presence status and access to existing Notes address books.
