Some highlights in the new versions
User Management Tool 7.1, the complete user manager for Lotus Domino.
- For the first time IBM Lotus Notes password recovery can be made from the first line of the service desk in a both secure and efficient way.
- Full Lotus Notes Roaming support for all user administrative tasks. All roaming databases are created immediately and the ID-file is attached to the personal address book right at registration.
- User name changes and organizational changes are propagated automatically to the backup user ID-files in the convenient encrypted UMT ID store.
- Now supporting integration with other corporate directories, for example based on LDAP or Microsoft Active Directory.
Mailpak Out of Office 7.0, our enterprise-ready Out of office product includes several musts for your organization.
- A new interface where service desk easily could help users who have forgotten to enable the Out of Office-function in their mail files.
- Users in your organization can create a number of Out of Office entries in advance
- Mailpak Out of Office introduces user managed "copy-style-forwarding", forwarding all email messages when you are absent, but leaving the original message in your mail file.
Mailpak Quota Tool 7.0, the mail usage product for a Lotus Domino email responsible.
- Includes complete quota management with Lotus Domino quota settings in sync on all mail replicas. We also introduce the user friendly Mailpak soft quota, which encourages the users to take control over their mail box size themselves.
- Gives you statistical overview and automatic reports on a regular basis.
