Conference Hotel Rates and Policies
A number of hotels in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® area offer discounted room rates for Lotusphere 2008 attendees. As a conference attendee, you'll save when you stay at one of the hotels listed below during Lotusphere. Please be sure to read the Hotel Policies carefully. We encourage you to make your Lotusphere 2008 hotel reservations before December 21, 2007. Room inventory may become limited after this date. The deadline for Experient Housing to process reservations, changes, and cancellations is January 10, 2008. Beginning on January 11, 2008, you may contact the hotels directly to make new reservations, changes and cancellations. Please note that the Lotusphere attendee rates may no longer be available at these hotels after January 10, 2008.

Additional fees may apply if there are more than two (2) people in a room.

The five (5) hotels above require a one-night room and tax deposit (see policies below).

The WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN and DOLPHIN, and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are within walking distance of the conference meeting space. Conference sessions take place within the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN & SWAN and DISNEY'S YACHT & BEACH CLUB Resorts Convention Center. The other hotels listed above are on the Lotusphere 2008 intra-conference hotel shuttle, which is complimentary and runs on a schedule. There will be NO Lotusphere scheduled shuttle transportation to/from any hotels not listed above.

Hotel Reservation Policy: There is no minimum stay required.
Hotel Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee at time of booking. Hotels may charge one night's room and tax starting January 2, 2008.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All reservations canceled within five (5) days of scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

Group Reservations:
The Experient Housing on-line hotel reservation system can accommodate up to and including ten (10) reservations from a particular company. If you wish to reserve a block of more than ten (10) rooms, you may submit a request in writing by downloading the housing form and faxing it to 800-521-6017 or 847-940-2386 or via e-mail at LotusphereHousing@experient-inc.com. No phone requests will be processed for group reservations; requests must be made via e-mail or fax. All such requests will be processed based on availability and in the order in which they are received.

Applicable policies will be reiterated on your hotel reservation confirmation that you will receive after you make a hotel reservation for Lotusphere 2008 through Experient Housing.

Save on Airport Ground Transportation
Mears Transportation is offering Lotusphere attendees a discounted rate - $27.00 round-trip - for shuttle service between the Orlando International Airport and the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN AND SWAN. The Mears shuttle service departs the airport every 20-30 minutes (although delays may occur based on rider ship volume). Mears booths are located on the baggage claim level of each airline terminal. You do not need to make a reservation for your trip from the airport to your hotel, but you will need to make a reservation for your return trip back to the Orlando International Airport. Complimentary Airport Shuttle Transportation to/from Disney Resorts
Disney's Magical Express will provide complimentary shuttle transportation to Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney's All Star Sports Resort BUT only with a reservation made in advance. If you made your hotel reservation through Experient Housing, you will receive a Disney hotel confirmation email the week of January 2nd that will contain further instructions to make your transportation reservations direct with Disney.

Conference Shuttles
Conference shuttles make getting around at Lotusphere easy. Complimentary scheduled conference shuttle service will take you from all Lotusphere-designated conference hotels to the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN. And, for your added convenience, scheduled inter-conference hotel shuttle service will be available between the WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN and DOLPHIN hotels and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts Convention Center. In addition, scheduled shuttle service will be available between the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN and an auxiliary parking lot designated for Lotusphere attendees. If you are driving during the conference, please note that parking at the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN will be permitted only for those who are staying at the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN with a parking fee of $9 per day. "In & out" access is NOT permitted - you will be charged each time you enter the lot.

If you are staying elsewhere, you must utilize the auxiliary parking lot.
For Lotusphere attendees who choose to drive their own vehicles and are not overnight guests at the WDW Swan and Dolphin, auxillary parking will be available at Disney's Blizzard Beach. Shuttle service between the auxillary lot and the WDW Dolphin will be provided daily on a set schedule published in your on-site conference materials.
