These enhancements build upon the new configuration tooling introduced in WebSphere MQ V6.0 as new Eclipse plug-ins that augment your MQ Explorer console.
Alongside these enhancements, IBM has also delivered a new SupportPac (MS0Q), making it easier to configure and explore Publish/Subscribe messaging. This is also packaged as an Eclipse plug-in for MQ Explorer:

Graphical tools for Managing Permissions and Access
New tools for administering user authority that extends capabilities of MQ Explorer.
Easier to see at a glance who has access and permissions to MQ objects - e.g. Queues and Channels
- Show who has authorities on specific objects or "like" objects
- Compare authorities and accumulated authorities
- Find accumulated authorities and see how they resolve
Easier control over who can access and control MQ objects
- Add, change or delete authorities for both individual users and groups

Graphical Publish/Subscribe configuration
Publish/Subscribe is a one-to-many messaging paradigm where senders and receivers are loosely coupled by "keywords" or "topics" appearing in message headers.
This new SupportPac further enhances usability by making the configuration of Publish/Subscribe messaging graphical and consistent with how other aspects of WebSphere MQ are configured.
