WebSphere MQ for HP OpenVMS V5.3 supersedes MQSeries for Compaq OpenVMS Alpha V5.1. WebSphere MQ for HP NonStop Server V5.3 supersedes MQSeries® for Compaq NonStop Kernel V5.1. Highlights include: - Open-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) support for secure transfer of messages (when used in conjunction with HP SSL for OpenVMS)
- Integrated support for standard programming interface, Java Message Service (JMS) v1.1, including publish and subscribe messaging
