SOLUTION:
Support for tar, pax and du commands was ported to zTPF from
FreeBSD.
Refer to the URL in the "Download Instructions" section for the
location of the package which contains the required
TPF-modified version of the support for tar, pax and du. Use
the contents of the README file delivered with that package for
installation and build instructions.
