COMMENTS:
Changes are needed to the BEGIN macro in order to implement a new
parameter to set a dump return indicator to be used for z/TPFDF
return-optional system errors.


SOLUTION:
Added a DFERRTN parameter to begin.mac and set the default to NO. If
the user codes DFERRTN=YES, this will turn an indicator on such that
certain z/TPFDF system errors that would normally exit will now return
control to the application.
