COMMENTS:
TPF SCRT, Subcapacity Reporting support, requires the use of the
floating timer interrupt.


SOLUTION:
The code which controled the floating interrupt was moved out of
ctrap.cpy and installed into ctme.cpy, the system interrupt handler.
