COMMENTS:
The ZTRAP MA command process collects linkage data when the process
being trapped is executing in library code. Certain libraries 
use special linkage that MA needs to detect to gather the desired
linkage information. Additionally, linkage information 
should be collected if the trapped code is executing in z/TPF
collection support (TPFCS).

SOLUTION:
Code has been added to CTRAP.cpy to detect traps that occur in special
library linkage. This ensures that the correct information is recorded
for programs that link to special libraries. Code has been added to
collect information about programs that link to z/TPFCS.
