ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM
___________________
Correct  packaging error with APARs PQ23871 and PQ51339 for ALCS
customers.   Also correct the IEBUPDTE  format  file  with  APAR
PQ53168 for TPF customers.
 
COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
When  APARs  PQ23871,  PQ51339, and PQ53168 were made available,
UFBY, UFI1 and  UFI2  were  delivered  with  incorrect  sequence
numbers, respectively.
 
On ALCS, after applying APARs PQ23871 and PQ51339, SMP/E updates
the  source  for  segments UFBY and UFI1 incorrectly which could
cause unpredictable results.
 
On TPF,  after  applying  APAR  PQ53168,  the  APARTPF  file  in
IEBUPDTE  format may update segment UFI2 incorrectly which could
cause unpredictable results.
 
SOLUTION
________
To correct sequence number problems, complete  versions  of  the
incorrectly packaged segments have been provided with this APAR.
For  ALCS  customers, this APAR includes segments UFBY and UFI1.
For TPF customers, this APAR includes segment UFI2.
