ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM
___________________
Possible CTL-C dump during Recoup when DBDEF is missing or
incomplete.

COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
In the situation when RECOUP finds a reference for an ID that is
not defined in DBDEF it issues an OPR-141302 dump and writes an
entry to the log file GR0ZSR. It also sets the abort bit (BK0PHB
BIT0) to indicate that Recoup needs to be aborted. However, if
the &DFRECAB global variable in DBLCL macro is set to 1, the
abort bit is not set and RECOUP continues. This could lead to a
CTL-C dump (no working storage) because of streaming OPR-141302
dumps. The same applies to the situation where a referenced ID
does not have a RECOUP subtable defined causing streaming
OPR-141303 dumps.

SOLUTION
________
Pre-requisite TPF APAR PJ31628 defines a new savearea in the
RECOUP keypoint to save up to 5 IDs whose DBDEFs are missing or
do not have RECOUP subtables.

Segment BRC9 was updated to add up to 5 new ID/File Version to
this to this savearea for which dump OPR-141302 or OPR-141303may
have occurred. Also, an indicator is set so that any subsequent
dumps for the same ID/File Version has to be suppressed. If more
than 5 record IDs/File Versions are causing these dumps, the
indicator is not set and their dumps and log entries are not
suppressed.

Segments BRC2 and BRCJ are modified so that the log file is
updated only if this indicator is set.
