TPF Operations Server

Title: TOS V 1.2 For Operators

Overview: This class covers the concepts of the TPF Operations Server V 1.2 with emphasis on the Client Console Interface as seen by a TPF operator. 

Audience: TPF operational personnel

Prerequisites: Experience as a TPF operator, with or without a console automation environment. 

Format: Traditional stand up lecture with hands on exercise

Maximum class size: 8 to 10 Students.

Duration: 1/2 day.

Note: The IBM Education Value Card is not valid for use with this course.

Additional information: This class requires a customer provided classroom with Windows 2000 based PCs for each student. Part of the class exercise will be to install a working copy of the TPF Operations Server and some of its prerequisite software (Java, Object Rexx) on the PCs for use during the class. All software installed for the class (TOS, Java and Object Rexx) will be removed from the PCs upon completion of the class.
