COMMENTS:
TPFDF 1.1.3 APAR PK33367 changed the fields in structure
bam_struct to be pointers instead of unsigned int. Since
segments cdcp.c and cdcs.cpp use large logical records (LLRs)
and this structure as part of CDC processing, the code needs to
be adjusted accordingly to compile cleanly.
 

SOLUTION:
Segments cdcp.c and cdcs.cpp were updated to treat the fields
in the bam_struct structure as pointers.
