COMMENTS:
APAR PK32378 requires a savearea to store up to 5 record
IDs/file versions that cause OPR-141302 (DBDEFs are missing) or
OPR-141303 (RECOUP information is not defined in DBDEF).
 

SOLUTION:
Macro bk0df.mac is changed to define a new savearea to save up
to 5 IDs whose DBDEFs are missing or do not have RECOUP
subtables.
