COMMENTS:  
When running recoup under VM, a DF 141300 may occur while a lock is  
held too long and has to be released, 141300 dump should include all  
ECB blocks to assist in trouble shooting to identify which ECB is  
holding the lock.  
   

SOLUTION:  
CIDP40.CPY copy segment is modified to add DF 141300 dump to include  
IECBS blocks. This APAR is a prerequisite for DF PK06942.
