COMMENTS:  
Preprocessor variable %CARD was declared as a 5-digit decimal. The  
error message and resulting truncation was caused by the assigning of a  
6-digit value to this variable. This 6-digit value was a result of  
expression (SSU+1)*ISTREAM*5*NPGM for large SIP-generated numbers for  
SSU and NPGM.  
   

SOLUTION:  
Segments JRA1, JRA2, and JRA3 were updated so that %CARD is not used to  
initialize DMSGCNT.
