ABSTRACT:  
TPF recoup changes are required for TPFDF APAR PK01216, which addresses  
a CTL-4 system error that occurs during ZRECP STA VAL processing when  
an 8-byte file address is specified.

COMMENTS:  
The first 50 bytes of the input message for ZRECP STA VAL commands are  
copied from the message block to another block in TPF segments UBRP and  
BRCP. If an 8-byte file address is specified, the last part of the  
address and the "end of message" character are lost, which leads to a  
CTL-4 system error in the parsing routine in TPFDF segment BRCV.  
   

SOLUTION:  
TPF segments UBRP and BRCP have been updated to copy 80 bytes (instead  
of 50 bytes) of the input message.
