APAR NUMBER: PJ30004 PRODUCT: TPF4 FUNCTIONAL AREA: RECOUP SHIPPED IN PUT: 19 ABSTRACT: TPFDF recoup RCI processing does not work correctly. APAR CONTENTS: FEATURE TYPE STATUS NAME Base Macro Changed macro/bbpdh.mac PREREQUISITE APARS: To be applied in order listed. Base Macro Changed macro/bbpdh.mac PJ27469(13) PJ28097(15) COMMENTS: TPF APAR PJ28097 added the DECB= parameter to the BBPDH macro. TPFDF APAR PQ74483 took advantage of the DECB= parameter. However, TPFDF recoup chain chase processing would no longer check if a file address was an RCI candidate, and would chain chase all paths to a detail file. SOLUTION: Updated bbpdh.mac to add a DFRCI= parameter. The default is DFRCI=NO. With DFRCI=YES and NOPROC=, TPFDF chain chasing will check if a file address is an RCI candidate. If so, the file address will be chain chased just one time. DEPENDENCIES SEGMENTS TO BE ASSEMBLED OR COMPILED: None. SEGMENTS TO BE LINK EDITED: None. COREQS: PQ95766 MIGRATION CONSIDERATIONS: None.
