COMMENTS:  
The file name was coded as ./etc/lniata.dbg. Thus, if the starting  
directory was /usr, the cdbi code would attempt to find the file in  
/usr/etc/lniata.dbg and not find the file in /etc/lniata.dbg.  
   

SOLUTION:  
Change the #define for the lniata.dbg file name.
