While either explicitly or unintentionally monitoring the name of a 
local function in the debugger, a CTL-4 would occur. 
  

SOLUTION: 
The type object for some functions is not complete for locals. This 
information is not used to determine the address of the function, but 
is referenced in the processing. A check was added to ignore the 
missing type information.
