ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM

CL80 was incorrectly marked as object shippable by APAR PJ26366.
Also, C header c$feat.h was incorrectly placed in the CHDR
library instead of the SYMACRO library by APAR PJ27530.
COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
The SIP macro SPPGML requires an update for the CL80 entry. The
OBJ= parameter must be set to NO. Since CL80 contains condi-
tional code for TPFDF, this object cannot be object shippable.
The SIP macro GENSIP requires a change that will place C header
c$feat into a SYMACRO library. This header was being incor-
rectly placed in a CHDR library.
SOLUTION
________
SPPGML was updated to define CL80 with OBJ=NO.
GENSIP was updated so that c$feat will be generated into a
SYMACRO library.

Migration Considerations
========================
The update to SPPGML will force the assembly of CL80. This will ensure
the correct object is created, if TPFDF is installed or not installed.
The update to GENSIP will now place c$feat into a SYMACRO library.
